General Special Uses (FS-National-2700-101)


Description
This course is designed to help you understand the basics of what special uses are, the authorities that direct the Forest Service to issue special use authorizations, Forest Service policy regarding special uses, and the roles of Forest Service employees involved in the review, issuance, and administration of special uses. This training is broken into three sessions with an exam at the end of each course:
Course 1 - Introduction to Special Uses
Course 2 - Screening of Special Use Proposals
Course 3 - Issuing Special Use Authorizations and Administration
